Voor actieve EOR-leden, maar ook voor OR-leden die alles over de EOR willen weten! Ook voor u als vakbondsbestuurder, HR-manager of professional die betrokken is bij medezeggenschap op Europees niveau. Deze dag levert inzicht en verdieping op en extra bagage voor uw eigen inzet!
The focus of this meeting is reaching active EWC members, but also works council members who want to broaden their knowledge of the European level. Trade union officials, HR managers and other professionals involved in employee participation and works councils at EU level will find this event of interest. Our event will deliver more reflection and knowledge that can become part of your professional tools.

Er wordt gezorgd voor Nederlandse en Engelse vertaling gedurende de hele bijeenkomst.
Dutch and English translation will be provided during the whole event.

Vijf systemen / Five systems

Grofweg maken we een onderscheid in vijf systemen binnen Europa, gekoppeld aan een geografische indeling: Duitsland, Scandinavië (Denemarken), Zuid Europa (Frankrijk), Angelsaksisch (Verenigd Koninkrijk) en Benelux (België). Sprekers met expertise uit deze gebieden en systemen presenteren hun aanpak en inzichten.
To introduce the different approaches speakers from Germany, Scandinavia, South of Europe (France), Anglo Saxon (UK) and Benelux (Belgium) will present their systems of participation and will give insight in their own methods and point of views.

Daarom hebben wij dit jaar bewust gekozen voor het thema ‘Different Approaches, Different Results’.
Therefore our topic for the 5th of October is ‘Different Approaches, Different Results’.

Kosten / Costs

De kosten zijn € 295,- per deelnemer inclusief lunch, borrel en parkeerkosten, exclusief BTW.
The costs of this event are € 295,- per participant including lunch, aperitif and parking costs, excluding VAT.
